"I had some questions about my auto insurance and they were super helpful and kind. I also have been thinking about life insurance but really just wasn’t sure about it and they were so great in helping me understand the benefits of life insurance and it was so affordable too! "Outstanding Customer Service!! I called on a Thursday after 5:PM, but KY picked up the phone even though it was late. I needed insurance right then and there and KY answered my questions and stayed on the phone with me until I had coverage for my home and car; that very day! Not like our previous insurance company, which allowed our insurance to lapse without even sending notice it was about to expire or coming up for renewal; which left us completely unprotected! KY Got us insured on the spot! Outstanding customer service and peace of mind! When employees are watching the clock and locking the door sometimes even early stayed to the bitter end took my call, took care of my family outstanding!"
